To change your language targeting, follow these steps

1.Sign in to your AdWords account at https://adwords.google.com.

2.On the "All Online Campaigns" page, click the name of the campaign you wish to edit.

3.Select the Settings tab.

4.Next to "Languages" click Edit.

5.Select the new language.

6.Click Save.
